\nSite Readiness: Ensure work areas are clear, accessible, and safe. If the site isn't ready at the scheduled time, we may reschedule and charge a minimum service fee.
\nCancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
\nMaterials & Conditions: We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or unfinished surfaces. Minor paint or caulking touch-ups are not included unless specified.
\nChanges to Work: Any changes requested after we start may lead to extra charges or timeline adjustments.
\nPayment Terms: Payment is due as specified on your invoice, typically upon completion for residential jobs. Late payments may have additional fees.
\nWarranty: We warrant our installation workmanship only. We are not liable for issues caused by environmental factors, other trades, or material movement.
